The past few months has had a lot happen. We closed earlier this year to focus on making a different type of minigames server, however with the release of libraryaddict's server Red Warfare, as server that many of us are involved with, we felt that we should again turn in a new direction.
We've been working hard on creating a new server that focuses on improving survival, but still keeping it simple enough to pick up and play. Hundreds of hours have gone into creating new, custom plugins for towns, titles, chat, teleportation, storing horses, and much more. Many more have been spent creating a brand new spawn from scratch, filling it with NPCs, balancing and adjusting quests, and preparing an economy for the server.
Along with this, we're promoting tight integration between all of our servers. While we'll have a survival and creative server as we always have, they will function as one in many ways. Tab lists, server joins/quits, chat channels, titles, and more will be seamless between servers, meaning while you're building away on our creative server, you can still easily communicate with your town, nation, or other friends on the survival server.
We're hoping to release in the next couple months, we're still adding features to the towns plugin, which has already surpasses Towny in features and flexibility. We also have several other plugins that still need major work done, and we won't be launching until everything is done right.
Until then, we encourage you to play on Red Warfare, while we aren't the same style of server, much of our community, including myself and several other staff members play on it as well.
