    If you want a plot you have to complete the Shopkeeper quest. Then you would have to ask RiotShielder for the plot. Of course you would have to pay for the plot. There is a sign next to the plots saying how much it is. ​IMG ​IMG this is the lowest price plot. You will find these at the Player...
