If you want a plot you have to complete the Shopkeeper quest. Then you would have to ask RiotShielder for
the plot. Of course you would have to pay for the plot. There is a sign next to the plots saying how much it is.
​IMG ​IMG this is the lowest price plot. You will find these at the Player Shops at spawn, across the bridge.

That's actually really helpful IMO. Cause everyone keeps asking if Riot isn't afk. Thanks ;-;

It stands for "in my opinion". As for this, you pay it directly to Riot when he is online and ready (Not AFK) to transfer over the plot to your permissions. I think there should instead be developed into automatic sign shop plots, where you can have a sub-region bound to a sign, and just like any other sign shop; if you right click it you will take ownership if your protections limit allow it. Already know how to set it up via world gaurd.
 
This is really unnecessary in all honesty.
Anyone with a tiny lick of common sense should be
A) able to figure this out
B) smart enough to ask around

Anyways the signs should be made so that you can purchase the plots yourself.
 
MineSpace; not to discourage you from posting helpful information like this, but if that was your goal, you should take up editing the Wiki since that is its overall purpose. More people would see it than posting it to the forums.
