Just a passing thought, I've noticed the last two pages of the /help just say the commands are null and also finding the information and right configuration for town commands etc difficult to come by. After chatting with a Mod as well, they felt books - similar to those you get when you join the server - containing all the generic commands would be helpful.
These commands would be the usual /tp, /home etc but the ones that are more difficult to come by, so every new member receives one of these books.
Also, maybe there could be a shop in spawn that could also sell a town command book available, allowing anyone who has or is thinking of setting up a town, the information to do so at hand.
Lastly, the Mod I was talking to, didn't know the Moderator commands when they were first given the permission to do so, this would be a Mod Command book, ONLY accessible to mods via Riot to allow them to enforce rules, from the get go.
